BIOS Sanitization and Drying Technology

Modified BIOS fermenter enables, in case of external heat availability, to achieve very fast sanitization or drying of input material. The speed of the process depends on the amount of available external heat and its temperature.

Installing several BIOS fermenters and connecting them with a loading and unloading transport system can achieve high processing capacity, low human labor share, and the best ratio of operating costs per unit of processed biodegradable waste. Designed primarily for large-volume processing of undersize material after sorting municipal waste and other bulky biowaste.
